We'll focus on the hips and groins, mobilizing and stabilizing.
A tree with strong roots grows, expands and flowers. When you learn to support, stabilize and mobilize yourself from your root, the muladhara chakra region, you will feel strong, light and free. Michelle will lead you through a sequence that will reveal how you can use the external muscles of the hips and pelvis and integrate the more subtle actions of the pelvic floor to find an empowered, stable fluidity.

Join members of our creatively talented faculty at IYAGNY for a special Kids Online Spring Yoga and Creativity Camp for children ages 7 to 12. Your child will engage with yoga, art, music, storytelling and more.
March 29 to April 2, 10:00am-12:00pm, M-F
Yoga, art, music and improv, will engage the children's physical, mental and emotional self through active and creative expression. Each day there will be 45 minutes of yoga, followed by a creative activity, where kids will have a chance to connect and engage with other kids through play and their imaginations.
