Spring Clean on the May Queen

Revolved asanas bring a surprising, unexpected freedom. They are a gateway to releasing our bodies and stabilizing our minds, and help us improve our access to movement in all directions. They especially benefit the abdominal organs and digestive system, supporting good circulation and a free flow of energy.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to move through and dissolve patterns of holding and tension that build up over the winter months. We’ll create space and length in the outer body, and move toward a deeper internal experience.
